About our Portal Service

Welcome to the JLS Mortgages portal service which is a free secure encrypted environment to safely share documents and any personal information.

Factfind – Found by clicking the ‘Home’ button

Complete all the information fields on the Factfind to provide us with everything we will need to provide advice and recommendations, you can also update any information we aready hold for you.

Security

The portal uses the same high-level encryption and security measures used by banks and other financial institutions.

Document upload

Upload documents to the Portal and when you do this we receive a notification so that we can be ready to work on your file.

Portal access

Once we have taken some initial information from you by phone or email you will receive two emails; one with your username with the web link for the Portal, and a second one with your initial password. This email may go through to your junk folder, so please check to see if you’ve received it. To complete registration, create your own password to access the Portal at any time going forward.

Please make a note of your password for all future access. Once registered, you can access the Portal at any time from our website at this page.

We will also use the Portal to upload documents for your attention. You will receive email notifications, as and when there are actions or information for you.

For the best experience, please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Other browsers sometimes don’t recognise file types when downloading documents from the Portal, such as PDF’s.
